Your Voice email account is now added. If you have set up your Voice dial-up networking connection, you can now access your Voice email account.
There are a couple additional settings that you may want to change, which are not essential but may be useful. Select your Voice email account from the Mail accounts list (shown above) and then click Properties.

Mail Account - This is only used to identify the account, so you can change it to anything you want. |

Organization - This will appear alongside your name. |
|
|
E-mail address - This is your Voice email address, as set up through the Internet Connection Wizard. Accordingly this should not be changed unless your email address changes. |

|
Name - The name that will appear as the sender when you send out email messages. |
|
|
Reply Address - If you want email recipients to reply to an address other than the one displayed above, you can change it by entering a new address here. |

|
Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing - This option should be selected (ticked) so that this mail account will be checked when you click on the Outlook Send and Receive button. |
